How to Raise Product Escalation?

Follow these steps to raise an Escalation

1. Login to your User Dashboard. https://selfmade4u.com/user.sm

2. Tap Your Orders under Products. https://selfmade4u.com/user.sm#/products/history

Products -> Your Order

3. Tap Escalation for which you want to Escalate

4. Fill the escalation form

Select the Escalation type
Upload images of the product, invoice and the package
Enter the description briefly
